After qualifying at the start of 2017 in Sports Massage, I have had the pleasure of working with a vast array of clients, with many different conditions.

I have always found the human body fascinating and how it works. Massage isn’t just for professional athletes. Everyone can benefit; some of the toughest shoulders I’ve worked on belong to stressed out office workers or busy parents trying to juggle too many things.

I take an holistic approach in my work and use the best techniques within my toolkit to leave my clients feeling reduced pain and ultimately more relaxed.
