Alex is a qualified osteopath, remedial massage therapist and personal trainer. His passion for health and wellbeing has led him to dedicate many years to studying osteopathy which has awarded him a Bachelor of Osteopathy Honours (First Class) degree; allowing him to add new techniques to his extensive experience to help others with musculoskeletal aches and pains.
“Health is so much more than correcting a mechanical problem, it’s important to understand the person, what’s going wrong for them and what they can do to avoid a repeat of the problem. My focus and passion is not only to provide the best quality tailored physical therapy but to provide information to empower and motivate them to take charge of their own health specific to their needs” Alex.
Today, Alex continues to build his academic aptitude and keep up to date with advances and changes in the world of medicine. He is currently enrolled on a Post Graduate Certificate course in Diagnostic Ultrasound finishing in 2023.
