My wife knew Alex from way back and she took me to him. I had back problems since my childhood that Alex eliminated after my first visit. I am an athlete and personal trainer. I have been in the fitness industry and weight training over 16 years now. During this period I had several sport injuries, lower back pain, and patella tendonitis. My body posture had a slight kyphosis and my shoulder was rounded, it caused a regular shoulder pain. I have been working with Alex since 2016 having suffered with a long term shoulder injury.
