Of everywhere we see patients from, Arnold is the closest. Westdale Lane runs between the two, so for most people this is a short drive rather than a journey, and a good number walk it in decent weather.
That proximity matters more than it sounds. Osteopathy is rarely one appointment — being ten minutes away is the difference between finishing a course of treatment and abandoning it halfway.
We open at seven Monday to Thursday and run through to seven in the evening, with Friday finishing at six. Being this close means an appointment can sit inside a lunch break rather than swallowing an afternoon.
There is parking on the drive. No permit, no meter, no walking the last quarter mile with a back that is already unhappy about it.
There are five osteopaths at the practice, all registered with the General Osteopathic Council, which is a legal requirement to use the title in the UK. You can read about each of them before you book if you would rather choose.
Being this close to Arnold means seeing the same practitioner through a course of treatment is straightforward. Continuity matters more than people expect — someone who examined you three weeks ago already knows what has changed.
